Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhiwadi for an HR and Admin Executive. The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, overseeing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, handling employee queries, and organizing training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and office coordination
• Knowledge of compliance with company policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Experience in the safety consulting or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
