Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Safety, located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role includes presenting product and service offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the team to innovate and improve client solutions and services. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management Knowledge of Safety Consultancy, BBS, PSM, and Safety Digitalization Skills in customer relationship management and negotiation Experience with IoT, PPE Supply, and Safety Software is beneficial Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience in the safety industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, overseeing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, handling employee queries, and organizing training sessions.
