The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative activities at the Nashik location. The role ensures smooth office functioning, compliance, and support to management and staff. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain HR documentation such as attendance, leave records, offer letters, and employee files. Handle employee grievance management and support employee engagement initiatives. Manage performance appraisal process and coordinate with department heads. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Support training & development activities. Administration: Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, and facility management. Manage vendor coordination, AMCs, and procurement of office/admin supplies. Handle travel arrangements, courier management, and asset tracking. Maintain documentation related to audits, safety, and compliance. Coordinate with management for day-to-day administrative requirements.
