Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns.
  • Promote a positive work culture through engagement and welfare activities.
  • Ensure proper communication of company policies and updates to all staff.
  • Ensure all employee documents are properly scanned, updated, and archived in the HR system.
  • Support Dubai HR in maintaining compliance documents and audit records.
  • Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies and travel agents for mobilization and demobilization of workers.
  • Prepare visa request letters and follow up on visa stamping and flight bookings.
  • Track employee travel details and maintain records of arrivals and departures

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA (HR/Finance)
  • 2+ Years of experience
  • Expert in Talent Acquistion
  • Positive Attitude
