The ideal candidate should have in-depth working knowledge of Tally ERP (including GST modules ), Income Tax Return (ITR) filing , and regulatory compliance management . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely statutory filings, and end-to-end financial compliance. Role & responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and manage TDS calculations, payments, and returns Handle Income Tax matters including ITR filing for individuals/firms/companies Ensure statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, ROC filings , etc. Assist in finalization of accounts , trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet and Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities Reconcile bank accounts, vendors, customers, and intercompany transactions and maintain proper documentation and records as per audit and regulatory requirements Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and must have strong knowledge of GST , ITR filing , and statutory compliance Sound understanding of Indian taxation laws and accounting standards Working knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel B.Com/M.Com in Accounting or Finance Additional certifications in Taxation / Tally / Compliance will be an added advantage
