Civil Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer to support our infrastructure projects with technical expertise, site supervision, and project execution. The role requires overseeing all phases of civil works from planning and design to execution and commissioning ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and time standards.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement engineering designs and drawings for civil works.

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, work schedules, and progress reports.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Support procurement of civil-related materials and site resources.

• Assist in obtaining permits, documentation, and clearances as needed.

• Ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and structural domains.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 4 - 6 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure/EPC projects.

• Proficiency in Auto-CAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or equivalent software.

• Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, and project execution methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.
