Job Description

Role Purpose: Key Accountabilities: Preferred Experience and Qualification:
1. Role Purpose To build a data-driven HR ecosystem by leading HR analytics, insights, dashboards and driving large-scale HR programs. The role acts as the control tower for HR - integrating analytics, project governance, AI-enabled HR interventions, and cross-functional program management across Global HR, Business HR, CoEs, and Corporate functions. 2. Key Responsibilities A. HR Analytics & Insights (50%) Build and manage real-time HR dashboards across Talent, Performance, Organisation, Productivity, Retention, Cost & Culture. Lead organisation s people analytics agenda including predictive analytics (attrition prediction, productivity, manpower cost, hiring funnel efficiency, AI-enabled insights). Partner with HRBPs & Business leaders to provide monthly talent insights for Optical Networking and Digital Business. Own all HR KPIs, data governance, accuracy, and reporting cadence to MD, CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Business Heads.
Create workforce planning models headcount, cost runway, productivity, role-criticality, automation potential.
Manage HR data systems including audits, integrity, and improvements.
Support board-level reporting, attrition & talent movement reports.
B. PMO HR (50%)
Run the HR PMO for all HR projects.
Drive program governance charters, timelines, milestones, RAG status, risk management and decision logs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for program deliverables.
Track outcomes for projects for all HR projects .
Manage MD/ CEO/CHRO reviews, ExCo updates, & weekly/fortnightly PMO rhythms.
Lead strategic HR projects like 3-year HR strategy, organisation redesign, leadership reviews, critical skills mapping.
4. Skills & Competencies
Strong HR analytics tools knowledge: Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced.
Understanding of HR processes: TA, TM, PMS, L&D, Rewards. Program/Project management certifications preferred. High ownership, precision, structured problem solving. Ability to work with senior leadership with strong communication. 5. Qualification & Experience MBA/PGDM in HR/Analytics/Operations. 6-10 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, PMO or Business Analytics roles. Experience in manufacturing
