Job Description

As the Facility and Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects to ensure a clean and safe work environment for employees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen operations to maintain a clean and safe workplace. - Managing infrastructure maintenance including electricals, plumbing, HVAC, and building utilities. - Monitoring facility audits, upkeep, and ensuring workplace safety compliance. - Coordinating with local authorities for statutory approvals and renewals such as Fire NOC and Factory License. - Managing employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation. - Maintaining inventory and procuring office supplies and consumables. - Supervising office renovations, seating plans, and workspace improvements. - Supporting company events, training programs, and welfare initiatives. - Assisting in the onboarding and induction of new employees. - Maintaining HR records, employee files, and updating HRMS. - Participating in employee engagement, communication, and grievance handling. - Implementing best practices in workplace safety, hygiene, and emergency preparedness. - Supporting senior management in implementing new administrative policies. In addition to the above responsibilities, the company offers benefits including food provision, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Facility and Infrastructure management, along with 4 years of experience in Plant HR & Admin.
