Jr Engineer - Production

• Assist in daily production planning and execution to meet production targets.
• Ensure machines and equipment are operated efficiently and maintained properly.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records, reports.
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and process scrap, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ISO/quality standards.
• Assist senior engineers in process improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirement :

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in the aluminium or metal industries.
• Fresh graduates with internship/project exposure in manufacturing can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
