Job Description

  • Managing the administrative side of human resources Handling tasks like maintaining employee records Assisting with recruitment and onboarding, Supporting payroll and benefits, Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and use Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage daily operations, contributing to smooth HR department functioning

Key Responsibilities

  • Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policy updates
  • Recruitment Support: Help with candidate screening, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and coordinate the logistics for new hires
  • Onboarding Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientations and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Employee Support: Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues
  • Compliance Policy: Ensure that the organization stays compliant with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Data Reporting: Enter and manage employee data in the HRIS, and assist in generating reports on HR metrics like turnover and performance
  • Payroll Benefits Support: Assist in the payroll process by providing accurate employee information, such as leave and attendance data, and help with benefits enrollment
  • Communication: Communicate changes to company policies to employees and help foster a positive work environment
