Job Description

1 to 5 years of relevant experience in MEP design Experience in HVAC system design, electrical load calculation, or plumbing design Prior experience in BIM modelling is advantageousProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office; knowledge of Navisworks is a plus Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities Prepare detailed MEP designs using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design tools Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines for coordinated project delivery Assist in HVAC load calculations, electrical load schedules, and plumbing layouts Develop layouts for HVAC ducting, piping, lighting, fire alarm, power distribution, drainage, and water supply systems
