Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Modeller located in Chennai. Responsible for creating, editing, and managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using BIM software. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, ensuring model accuracy and compliance with industry standards, and integrating MEP models with architectural and structural components. The role also involves resolving design conflicts and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software like Revit for MEP modeling
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design and modeling
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations in MEP systems
• Analytical skills for resolving design conflicts
• Experience in managing project documentation
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
