Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an MEP Modeller (FPS, PHE, ARCH & STRUCTURAL too). The MEP Modeller will be responsible for creating detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, updating and maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and using BIM software to design and model MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience in creating and detailing MEP systems
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and update project documentation
• Understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
