Job Description

Procurement & Finance Support

  • Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions for Travel, Hotel, Food, and related services.
  • Follow up with the Commercial team for timely Purchase Order (PO) creation.
  • Prepare Service Receipt Notes (SRNs) and perform barcode posting in SAP.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Payable (AP) team for invoice processing and settlement.
  • Manage vendor code creation and ensure compliance with agreement/ENFA
  • Adhere strictly to turnaround times (TAT) for all assigned tasks.

Tracking & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed trackers for PR/PO/SRN/Agreement status.
  • Coordinate with Group Travel, Commercial, AP, and Audit teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies.

HR & Administrative Support

  • Manage and issue employee joining kits.
  • Oversee ID card and visiting card generation and distribution.
  • Provide support for general HR administrative activities.
