Our Client company in Kolkata focuses on academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development. We are looking for a

dynamic and technically sound Administrative Officer with an engineering or science background to oversee institutional operations,

infrastructure management, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of campus facilities and support services.
• Manage infrastructure maintenance, technical equipment, and coordination with vendors/service providers.
• Assist in facility planning, renovation, and campus development projects.
• Coordinate with academic departments, IT, and maintenance teams for operational efficiency.
• Monitor procurement, inventory control, and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and institutional policies.
• Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.
• Support event logistics, classroom and laboratory arrangements, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and suppliers for institutional needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Science.
• 5-10 years of experience in administration, operations, or facilities management, preferably in an educational or institutional setup.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, electrical, and IT systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or administrative software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines.
