Job Description

As an HR Assistant, your role will involve various responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of human resources operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and update employee records using HRIS or other databases. - Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, such as ID creation, documentation, and welcome kits. - Prepare HR-related letters including offer letters, confirmations, and experience certificates. - Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave tracking systems. - Support performance review logistics by scheduling, sending reminders, and managing documents. **Employee Support:** - Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment. - Assist in organizing training sessions and keeping training records up to date. **Office & Operations Support:** - Liaise with vendors for facilities, stationery, pantry supplies, etc. - Manage office maintenance tasks, including cleanliness and equipment servicing. - Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of conference rooms and meeting areas. - Assist in managing access control, ID cards, and office security coordination. **Compliance & Documentation:** - Ensure completeness and compliance of employee records with audit requirements. - Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and official documents. - Support ISO/audit-related data collation within the HR scope when necessary. **Coordination & Reporting:** - Assist in HR reporting activities, such as headcount, attrition, and daily logs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Admin, Finance) to ensure seamless HR operations. - Track and report administrative expenses, proposing optimizations where possible.
