Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Work Type: Full Time Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Life Sciences). 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in a software development environment. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its related business processes. Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation techniques. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, EMA). Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives within the pharmaceutical domain Elicit, analyze, and document business, system, and functional requirements using various techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows, data flow diagrams). Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents, ensuring they are clear, concise, and unambiguous. Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the software meets the defined requirements and business needs. Provide support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the pharmaceutical domain. Contribute to the improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Create and deliver presentations and training materials related to system functionalities.
