Senior BA

As a Senior Business Analyst (BA) with hands-on expertise in producing deliverables like requirement specifications and user stories, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Articulating, negotiating, and finalizing user stories with client business stakeholders. - Demonstrating good detailing and analytics skills with a natural interest in problem-solving. - Working with Agile teams to independently handle requirement grooming, sprint planning, and collaboration with software product development teams. - Collaborating with UI/UX/Visual design teams to guide the product's user interface process. - Having adequate technical exposure to understand modern web/mobile application development and visualize data structures. In terms of your duties and responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Possess strong analysis skills and demonstrate a natural interest in problem-solving by analyzing business problems faced by clients and suggesting solutions. - Extract functional details by understanding business objectives, eliciting user needs, and articulating product requirements through various means such as mindmaps, diagrams, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Utilize excellent communication skills to negotiate and finalize product business requirements with client stakeholders. - Excel in documenting user stories in a detailed manner, preparing business process flowcharts, and creating functional and system requirement specification documentation. - Familiarize yourself with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, AHA, wireframing tools, and prototyping tools. - Visualize the user interface features, identify usability challenges, and provide suggestions to the UI/UX team. - Collaborate with Software Development, Quality Control/Testing, and UI design teams during product development sprints. - Demonstrate testing skills by testing products during the development stage, managing User Acceptance Testing, and overseeing the system going live. - Develop user documentation, provide business support, and train users with good presentation skills. - Be willing to travel to client sites for short to medium durations (1 to 10 weeks). This job will require you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful products.,
