Job Summary We are looking for a driven and organized HR & Admin Executive / Manager to oversee our internal HR functions and company administration. This role is crucial for recruiting talent, maintaining employee records, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the overall growth of the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and NDAs. Maintain attendance and leave records, and support monthly payroll coordination. Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and employee feedback. Develop and implement employee engagement and team-building activities. Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Administration Handle daily administrative tasks including vendor management and office supplies. Maintain organized records of employee files and company documentation. Coordinate with external agencies like consultants, accountants, and vendors. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure. Support the leadership team in handling internal documentation, invoicing support, and compliance. Skills Required Strong knowledge of Indian HR laws and labor compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and HR tools like Zoho People or GreytHR. Experience working in digital marketing or IT service companies is preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin functions.
