As an HR Coordinator at our company, your role will involve coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee onboarding and training programs, administering company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling confidential information, overseeing office maintenance, and managing supply management. Additionally, you will manage schedules, appointments, and organize meetings, as well as perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews - Manage employee onboarding and training programs - Administer company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws - Maintain employee records and handle confidential information - Oversee office maintenance and supply management - Manage schedules, appointments, and organize meetings - Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role - Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - High ethical standards and confidentiality - Good communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
