  • Position: HR & Admin Intern
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana
  • Stipend - INR 10,000/Month - INR 15,000/Month

About the Role

HR & Admin Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end

    recruitment activities

    (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination).
  • Support

    HR functions

    such as maintaining employee records, attendance, and engagement activities.
  • Handle

    administrative tasks

    including drafting emails, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations and provide support to the team.
  • Assist founders in organizing daily workflow, meetings, and communication.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and small team management activities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in

    HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

    .
  • Prior internship or experience in

    HR/Admin functions

    will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
