About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
  • Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Update and manage social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
  • Excellent

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
