Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboardingMaintain employee records and HR documentationSupport payroll processing and attendance trackingOrganize employee engagement activities and training programsEnsure compliance with HR policies and labor lawsHandle grievance and disciplinary processes professionally

Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordinationOversee facility management, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenanceHandle travel bookings, event logistics, and meeting arrangementsEnsure smooth daily operations of the office

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin rolesProficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and attendance softwareStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
