Job Description

  • Assist in post recruitment coordination including offer generation, follow-ups, and onboarding formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Coordinate induction and training sessions for new hires
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and documentation
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
  • Supports exit management

AdministrativeSupport

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Supporting Asset, Inventory Expense management
  • Maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and statutory filings
  • Coordinate with finance, admin and legal teams for operational needs
  • Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure service requests
