As an HR and Admin Executive at the company, your role involves overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring HR compliance, and managing office operations efficiently. - **Recruitment & Talent Management:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. - **HR Compliance & Policy Management:** - Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR policies. - Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues. - **Office Administration:** - Supervise daily office operations, including supplies management and vendor coordination. - Organize and update employee records and general office documentation. - Manage office equipment and ensure proper maintenance. - Ensure timely processing of employee salary and benefits.
