Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • End-to-end recruitment, job descriptions, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare salary breakups and conduct employee induction.

2. Performance Management

  • Monthly & bi-annual appraisals, KRA reviews, and employee performance analysis.
  • Coordinate promotions and increment letters.

3. Payroll & Compliance

  • Salary processing, statutory deductions, and compliance filings.
  • Manage leaves, pay slips, and final settlements.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievances

  • Handle grievances, exit interviews, and employee counseling.
  • Organize events, celebrations, and engagement activities.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage promotions, salary reviews, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Support skill development and competency mapping.

6. Training & Development

  • Design and organize training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.

7. MIS & Data Management

  • Maintain reports on recruitment, leaves, compliance, and employee records.

8. Office Administration

  • Oversee events, stationery, equipment maintenance, and ensure ISO compliance.
