Maintain accurate records of production data, test results, calibration logs, and equipment maintenance. Identify and promptly report any equipment malfunctions, sensor problems, or production inconsistencies to the supervisor. Collaborate closely with the engineering and quality assurance teams for product improvements and process optimization. Education & Qualifications: B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation OR Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of basic electronics and circuit theory . Basic troubleshooting and repair techniques for electronic components. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment. Preferred Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment.

Design and detail assembly and manufacturing drawings in compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with design, production, and sales engineers to convert product concepts into precise technical drawings. Revise and update existing drawings to reflect engineering changes, product improvements, or field feedback. Maintain organized documentation of all CAD drawings and design data using PDM/PLM systems. Support prototype development by closely working with the production and testing teams. Carry out basic wiring and electrical assembly tasks including: Panel wiring for control units and sensor housings. Soldering and cable routing as per schematics. Wiring of enclosures and sub-assemblies based on wiring diagrams. Assist in engineering and technical tasks such as: Measuring, inspecting, and verifying components for fit and function. Preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs). Supporting documentation for certifications Ensure design compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to clarify drawings and ensure proper component integration. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Drafting / Engineering (or related field). 12 years of experience as a Draughtsman, ideally in electronics, instrumentation, or gas detection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Hands-on experience with wiring, panel assembly, and reading wiring diagrams is mandatory. Basic understanding of gas detection equipment and sensor housings is an advantage.
