Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, validate, and commission instruments at customer sites.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct customer training and ensure smooth system handover with documentation.
  • Handle AMC visits, field service calls, and support service contracts.
  • Maintain accurate service records in enterprise systems (FSL).
  • Support project activities including site surveys, SAT, and contractor coordination.
  • Ensure ISO compliance, documentation updates, and timely reporting (DAR, GRN, etc.).
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage customer communication.
  • In-house servicing and analysis of customer property as required.
  • Contribute to product feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high service quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills (electronics/instrumentation).
  • Excellent communication and customer handling.
  • Ability to document, analyze, and report service activities.
  • Familiarity with ISO procedures and enterprise software tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work independently in the field.
