HR & Payroll Executive (Night Shift) Company: NexGen Talent Acquisition LLP Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Experience: Fresher – 2 Years Shift: Night Shift (US Process) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, assist in hiring new candidates, and handle payroll activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR and payroll management. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Handle HR compliance, employee documentation, and engagement activities. Coordinate with management and finance for payroll and HR reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR or payroll (freshers welcome). Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
