ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Human Resource Management: Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves and personal files).  Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.  Conduct performance management process and appraisal system.  Support learning & development initiatives and skill enhancement programs.  Employee hiring, as per requirement.  2.Payroll & Compliance: Handful to payroll processing and attendance monitoring. • Ensure statutory compliance under Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws etc. • Handle inspections Statutory/ Labour Authorities. • Maintain compliance reports, statutory registers and returns 3.Employee Welfare & Engagement Ensure workplace health, safety and welfare measures for employees. • Support employee engagement activities, cultural events and welfare initiatives. • Implement HR best practices to improve employee satisfaction and retention.  4.Administration Management: Taking Admin related decisions. • Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure, stationery and assets. • Monitor CCTV footage and all employees’ activities. • Reduce slackness in day-to-day activity of the employees. • Reduce Admin cost.
