## Job Title: Accountant (GST knowledge) ## Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Accountant with knowledge of GST & Tally to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. ## Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. 2. Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and monitoring actual performance against them. 4. Accounts Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy. 5. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 6. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns. 7. Audit Support: Providing support during audits, including responding to auditor inquiries and implementing audit recommendations. 8. Financial Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports, such as monthly or quarterly reports, to inform management and stakeholders. 9. Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability. 10. Financial Planning: Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.
