HR & Admin Assistant

As a Human Resources Executive at our fast-paced garment manufacturing environment, your role will be crucial in managing and overseeing all human resources practices and processes to contribute to business growth and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment process, from identifying needs to interviewing and hiring staff. - Act as a point of contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and foster a positive working environment. - Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual evaluations). - Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; update policies as necessary. - Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the textiles industry. - Proficiency in English is preferred. Please note that this position is full-time, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday. Additionally, performance bonuses are offered. The role requires the ability to commute or relocate to Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. You should also be willing to work in a startup organization to excel in this role.
