Job Description (JD):


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, HR documentation, and general administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, tele calling, and scheduling interviews

Maintain and update employee records and HRMS databases

Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.

Support in leave and attendance tracking processes

Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team


Qualifications:


Graduate in any stream (BMS / BBA or related field preferred)

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, O365 and HRMS is a must
