Export Documentation Manager

Export Documentation & Coordination:

• Prepare and verify all export-related documents: commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, Form A, etc.
• Coordinate with forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for booking and container movements.
• Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation as per LC/TT terms.
• Liaise with banks for document submission under LC and track negotiation status.
• Ensure error-free documentation to avoid discrepancies and penalties.

Logistics Booking & Follow-up:

• Manage bookings based on order delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and QA teams to align shipment readiness.
• Track and update shipment movement and ETD/ETA for each buyer.
• Maintain MIS of all bookings, dispatches, and freight costs.

Payment & Receivables:

• Track buyer payment terms (LC, D/P, TT) and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain aging reports and follow up with buyers for due or overdue payments.
• Work with accounts and finance to reconcile payments received against invoices.
• Handle documentation for bank realization certificates (BRCs) and payment confirmation.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all export procedures comply with customs and DGFT regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on shipment status, document flow, and receivables.
• Maintain proper filing (physical/digital) of all shipping documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)
