Safety management and supervision: Responsible for safety management during construction projects, ensure safety production at the construction site, supervise and check the implementation of safety measures, and promptly rectify hidden dangers when found. 2. Preparation of safety production plan: Assist the project department in formulating and implementing safety production plans and plans at the construction site to ensure that the project complies with national and local safety regulations and standards. 3. Safety training and education: Organize and carry out safety education and training for construction personnel to improve safety awareness of construction personnel and ensure that they understand and abide by safety operating procedures. 4. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and develop detailed design drawings using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit MEP . Perform heat load calculations, SLD preparation, power distribution design, and lighting design . Ensure designs are in compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA codes, ISO 14644 Cleanroom Standards . Prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS), BOQs, and detailed design documentation . Conduct clash detection and coordination between services to ensure error-free execution. Support in space planning, Elec CAD modelling, and design validation . Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Elec CAD . Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical design, heat load calculation, power & lighting layouts . Knowledge of international & national design codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, ISO 14644). Good technical documentation and report preparation skills . Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 3–7 years of relevant experience in MEP design and drafting .
