Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise civil and structural activities for cleanroom construction projects, ensuring precision and adherence to technical specifications.
Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, and architectural teams to integrate cleanroom design requirements.
Review technical drawings, cleanroom layouts, and specifications.
Oversee site execution, material quality, and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with ISO cleanroom standards, GMP, and safety regulations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to meet project deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum
3 years of civil engineering experience
, with exposure to cleanroom or industrial facility projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Knowledge of cleanroom classifications (ISO, GMP) and construction standards.
Strong understanding of structural design, finishing works, and controlled-environment requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or biotech facility construction.
Familiarity with epoxy flooring, modular panels, and airtight construction techniques.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multidisciplinary teams.
