About Goodlands:
Goodlands is a growing sports brand specializing in pickleball products and court construction services, on a mission to expand the sport of pickleball across India. Featured on Shark Tank India Season 4, we are building an energetic and professional team to scale our operations nationwide.
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR, Admin & Operations Executive who can manage daily operations at our head office, handle employee and administrative matters, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Job Summary:
This role combines Human Resources, Administration, and Operational management responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask between office operations, employee coordination, and administrative duties
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the entire recruitment process – posting jobs, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication
Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for monthly salaries
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Administration:
Oversee daily office administration and facility management
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing (physical and digital)
Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics support
Handle communication between departments and external partners
Operations:
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth business flow
Support project management and client coordination for ongoing court construction
Assist in monitoring inventory, inward/outward stock, and vendor deliveries
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the office and sports facilities (as needed)
Prepare reports and assist management in planning and execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2–4 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin/Operations roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software or Tally (added advantage)
Ability to handle responsibilities independently with a professional approach
Work Timings:
Start Time: 10:00 AM to 7 pm
Additional hours may be required based on operational needs
