Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor/Associate/Apprentice/OJT in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping operations.
  • Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge in housekeeping services.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company.
