The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house as per company standards. The role ensures a pleasant and safe environment for guests, visitors, and employees by following established cleaning procedures and supporting the housekeeping team in delivering quality service at Design District.
Key Responsibilities
1) Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas including guest areas, public areas, washrooms, and back-of-house.
2) Ensure all areas are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and orderly condition always.
3) Replenish linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies as required.
4) Report maintenance issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
5) Follow proper cleaning methods and usage of chemicals and equipment safely.
6) Support special cleaning projects, deep cleaning, and event setups as instructed.
7) Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
8) Adhere to company policies on grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
1) Execute housekeeping tasks efficiently and on schedule.
2) Ensure proper handling of linen, cleaning tools, and machines.
3) Maintain the assigned trolley and pantry in a clean and organized condition.
4) Follow waste segregation, pest control, and hygiene protocols.
5) Assist in inventory control by minimizing wastage of cleaning materials and guest supplies
1) Cooperate and coordinate with fellow team members for smooth operations.
2) Attend daily briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
3) Maintain professional grooming and discipline as per company standards.
4) Uphold a positive attitude and contribute to team morale.
1) Minimum 10+2 qualification or equivalent.
2) upto 3 years of experience in housekeeping within hospitality or facility management.
3) Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under supervision.
6) Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules.
