Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist, located in Vadodara. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pristine environment in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The day-to-day tasks include room cleaning, managing laundry services, replenishing amenities, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of hygiene and safety practices. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and assisting team members whenever necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address guest needs promptly and professionally
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Capability to train and support fellow team members as required
• Knowledge of health and safety practices related to housekeeping is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred
