Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels, with a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of housekeepers.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
