Job Description

Position Open - House keeping and Front office Work Location - Coorg / Madikeri Housekeeping Operations Management - Supervise daily housekeeping routines in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house zones.Implement SOPs, cleaning checklists, and rotational deep cleaning schedules. Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure hygiene and presentation standards are Coordinate deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance tasks with internal and external teams Team Management & Training - Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff to deliver consistent quality and service. Conduct workshops on cleaning standards, safety practices, and guest interaction etiquette. Track team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and recognition. Inventory and Supplies Management - Maintain stock levels of housekeeping materials, linens, and consumables. Monitor usage patterns to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Implement cost-efficient supply management while ensuring quality standards. Guest Experience & Service Excellence - Ensure all guest-facing areas are spotless, fresh, and aligned with goSTOPS brand standards. Respond swiftly and courteously to guest complaints or requests related to cleanliness.Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination - Oversee third-party vendors such as laundry services, pest control, and chemical suppliers. Liaise with property maintenance to address repair needs affecting cleanliness or guest comfort. Reporting & Compliance - Maintain accurate logs for housekeeping schedules, staff attendance, and inventory consumption. Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times. Share regular reports with senior management on performance metrics, challenges, and solutions.
