Housekeeping Attendant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping and excellent customer service skills.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of illnesses and maintain a safe environment.
• Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies, and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
