Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced House Keeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and security, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.
  • Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
