Hotel Sales Manager

Newa Hotel & Resort is a premium property located in Gangtok, Lachen, Darjeeling, Siliguri We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.

Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent client service.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and packages.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and sales missions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a similar role.

Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales/CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
