Job Description

Hotel Executive / Manager – Roles and Responsibilities

Education: PG in hotel management,

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job location: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain quality standards.

2. Guest Relations & Customer Service

  • Ensure superior guest experience and address guest complaints promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and review feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and travel partners.

3. Financial & Budget Management

  • Assist in preparing budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue to achieve profitability targets.
  • Review daily sales reports, occupancy, and revenue performance.
  • Control operating costs and optimize resource utilization.

4. Staff Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and employee discipline.
  • Promote a positive work culture and teamwork.

5. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in increasing room sales, F&B revenue, and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Support digital marketing and maintain brand standards.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, licensing, and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee safety and security procedures for guests and staff.
  • Implement fire safety, emergency response, and risk management protocols.

7. Quality Control

  • Maintain hotel ratings (Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs).
  • Monitor service delivery to maintain consistent quality.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience.

8. Strategic Planning

  • Assist in long-term planning and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance hotel profitability and brand image.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
