Financial management: Managing budgets,monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports Guest services: Ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction by resolving complaints, managing reservations, and overseeing service quality Operational oversight: Supervising daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and Breakfast Maintenance: Overseeing maintenance, renovations, and ensuring the hotel's public areas and guest rooms are well-maintained and presentable. Required skills and qualifications Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management. Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
