Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused Hotel Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in one of Indias most vibrant cities.

Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Oversee daily operations of all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Manage the hotels financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and cleanliness throughout the property
Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate clients, and local businesses
Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
Manage crisis situations and resolve complex guest issues with professionalism and efficiency

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management or related roles, with a proven track record of success
