Job Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management No. of vacancies: 2 Key Responsibilities: Supervising, training, and motivating housekeeping staff. Assigning tasks and creating work schedules. Providing feedback and addressing staff concerns. Inspecting work sites to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. Coordinating departmental work operations and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Preparing reports and maintaining records related to housekeeping operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
