Key Responsibilities

• Plate South Indian dishes as per standard presentation guidelines
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately (idli, dosa, meals, combos, etc.)
• Ensure correct portion size of food, chutney, sambar, and accompaniments
• Maintain food temperature, freshness, and quality
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Avoid leakage and spillage during packing
• Use proper packing materials and labeling where required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness of plating and packing counter
• Report shortages, damages, or quality issues to supervisor

Experience

• Fresher or 0–2 years experience in restaurant / hotel / cloud kitchen
• Experience in South Indian restaurant is an added advantage
• Part Time also available - College students can apply

Salary Per Month

• 4 hrs - 5,000/-
• 6hrs - 8,000/-
• 9hrs - 13,000/-
